Shipping costs

The shipping costs include the transportation costs, packaging and insurance of the ordered goods to the specified delivery address (excluding customs duties for parcels outside the EU - e.g. Switzerland). The shipping costs are subject to the same VAT as the main transaction.

Subject to change at short notice - the currently valid shipping costs are displayed when the order is placed.

We ship from Austria. We use national postal services and standard delivery.

Shipping to Austria: €8.00
Shipping to EU: €18.00
Shipping outside of EU: €45.00

 

Delivery time

Your products will be produced and dispatched for you after receipt of payment. The delivery time of our shipping service is 6 - 12 working days within Austria and Germany, 6 - 14 days to Switzerland (delay due to customs work) and 7-18 days to all other EU countries.

We endeavor to deliver your products within the specified time. Should there nevertheless be a delay in delivery on our part, you will be informed accordingly.

 

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or deterioration of the goods is transferred to the customer as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider. The parcel must be checked by the recipient immediately upon delivery for external integrity. Visible damage must be acknowledged by the parcel deliverer. In this case, please accept the parcel "with reservation".
